I walked on Russel toward to Latrobe street and captured this old art deco building. And I just wonder what is this place ? ... found out later on. This building name is " Russell Street Police Headquarters Complex ". Original build for office use but now is for Residential ( apartments ) .The art deco style of this architecture is very rare example of an early stepped geometric New York or Los Angeles style skyscraper.
